IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY: This Elutions End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Elutions B.V., with its registered office at Het Poortgebouw, Beech Avenue 54-62, 1119 PW Schiphol-Rijk, Nederland (“Elutions”) for the software product identified above, which includes the media on which you received it, updates (if any), associated printed materials, and may include Internet-based or electronic documentation (“Software”). Nothing other than this EULA grants you permission to use the Software. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you indicate your acceptance of this EULA and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download, install, or use the Software, and promptly return the Software to Elutions at the address indicated below in Section 8.
