Rockefeller Empire State Plaza, Albany, New York 12242 (hereinafter referred to as the “State” or “OGS”) and Mansfield Oil Company having its principal place of business at 1025 Airport Parkway SW, Gainesville, GA (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”). OGS and the Contractor are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

Rockefeller Empire State Plaza, Albany, New York 12242 (hereinafter referred to as the “State” or “OGS”) and Valley Oil Co Inc having its principal place of business at 5848 RT 94 Box 430, Claverack NY (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”). OGS and the Contractor are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
