SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND GENERAL RELEASESettlement Agreement • February 19th, 2012
This settlement and general release agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into this day of November, 2011, by and between Savi Technologies, Inc., Vigna, Inc., Ravi Prathipati, Padma Balusu, Jagadeesh Mupparaju, and Vijaya Lakshimi Kaduru (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendants”) and Naveen Mysore Prakash and Chetana Vivekanand Desai (herein referred to as the “Plaintiffs”). The Plaintiffs and the Defendants are involved in a lawsuit currently pending in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington at Seattle, captioned, Naveen Mysore Prakash and Chetana Vivekanand Desai v. Savi Technologies, Inc., Vigna, Inc., Ravi Prathipati, Padma Balusu, Jagadeesh Mupparaju, and Vijaya Lakshimi Kaduru Cause No. 01845-RSL (the “Lawsuit”). Plaintiffs and the Defendants enter into this Agreement in settlement of all claims, including but not limited to those asserted in the Lawsuit, on the terms described below.
