I/We have read the Sacred Hearts Athletic Policy Handbook and am/are aware of and understand the rules, policies, regulations, and procedures. I/We have asked for clarification of any parts of the Handbook which I/we do not understand. I/we agree to follow the rules, policies, procedures, and regulations stated in the Handbook and to fully support the athletes and coaches. I/WE UNDERSTAND THAT IF I/WE ARE DO NOT WORK OUT SCHEDULED CONCESSION TIMES I/WE WILL RECEIVE A FINE.
