Tax Free Exchange - The parties acknowledge that the Seller intends to perform an IRC Section 1031 Like-Kind Exchange and will be assigning the contract rights to 1031 Exchange Specialists, Inc., of 1155 Asbury Avenue, Ocean City, New Jersey, as Qualified Intermediary. Buyer agrees to sign any and all documents necessary to assist the Seller in completing this tax free exchange, with the understanding that there will be no additional cost or liability to the Buyer.
