This Licensed Training Provider Agreement ("Agreement") is by and between The American National Red Cross (“Red Cross”) and the County Board of Arlington County, Virginia, acting through Arlington County Parks and Recreation (the "LTP"), (each a “Party” and together the “Parties”), effective as of the last date of signature set forth below (“Effective Date”), for the purpose of licensing Red Cross training materials and curriculum to LTP in order to permit LTP to deliver instruction in the Red Cross training courses that are included within the product package(s) listed in Appendix B (“Courses”).
