Work agreement is an agreement between worker and employer that contains the terms of employment, rights and obligations of the parties. In fact, many companies do not register their workers to the agency that responsible for manpower affairs, namely the Manpower Office (Dinas Tenaga Kerja). This research focus on how to regulate the registration of work agreement, and the legal consequences of work agreement that are not registered. The registration of this work agreement has the aim of providing protection for worker’s rights as a precaution, which means before the work agreement is signed to ensure that work agreement does not violate the applicable regulation. The research method has a doctrinal nature, namely utilizing the type of normative juridical research by secondary data. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the arrangements for registering work agreement to Dinas Tenaga Kerja have been regulated in Penjelasan Pasal 59 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tah
