Bolt Drive Terms and ConditionsTerms and Conditions • May 15th, 2023
These Terms and Conditions (Agreement) between you (User, You or Your) and Bolt Services DE GmbH, registration number HRB 221695 B, with principal place of business at Karl-Liebknecht-Straße 29, 10178 Berlin, Germany (Bolt, We, Us or Our), and Bolt Operations OÜ, registration number 14532901 (Bolt Operations) with principal place of business at Vana- Lõuna tn 15, 10134 Tallinn, Estonia, shall apply in relation to: (i) the master contract concluded upon registration (Master Contract), (ii) the temporary rental of motor vehicles shown on the Bolt App (defined below) (Motor Vehicles) by Bolt to You within a defined service area (Services), and (iii) Your use of the platform operated by Bolt Operations, consisting of a mobile application, for accessing and using the Services (Bolt App).
