I/We (Client) hereby apply for a Margin Facility and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below The Client undertakes to notify COL of any material changes in the Client’s information as disclosed in the Customer Account Information Form (CAIF), including the Client’s financial circumstances or investments objectives. Any information given to COL on this Margin Facility Agreement (MFA) is subject to verification with the Client’s express authorization.
