This Interlocal Agreement is between The University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) and Dallas Independent School District (Dallas ISD) on behalf of Emmett J. Conrad High School, Hillcrest High School, W.T. White High School, Thomas Jefferson High School, Seagoville High School. The Dallas ISD Board also authorizes the inclusion of additional campuses if appropriate funding is allocated by UTD.
