THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (the “License Agreement”) is made and entered into this X day of X, 2023 by and between BOROUGH OF ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS, a New Jersey municipal corporation, having an address of 100 First Avenue, Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey 07716 (the “Licensor” or “Borough”) and 98 First Avenue LLC, having an address at 98 First Avenue, Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey 07716 (the “Licensee”). This Agreement shall also be binding upon any successor in title to Block 97 Lot 4 and said successors shall be encompassed within “Licensee”.
