We refer to the Licence Agreement dated 27th day of March 2020 between American Chemical Society and National University of Ireland Maynooth who acts as non-exclusive agent for and on behalf of Members of the Consortium (the “Agreement”). This letter is supplemental to the Agreement and capitalised terms used in this letter shall have the same meaning as set out in the Agreement, unless otherwise stated.
