Reseller Terms of Sale Ketentuan Penjualan Pengecer This Reseller Terms of Sale, including all applicable terms referenced herein, (collectively, this “Agreement”) applies to the purchase from Dell Indonesia, Menara BCA 48th floor (MH Thamrin No.1) Jakarta, DKI Jakarta 10230, Indonesia and resale of Products and Services by Partner (or from an authorized Distributor) for the resale of Dell Products and Services to End Users in Indonesia (see definition of “Territory” below). . This Agreement is not applicable to the purchases of Dell Products and Services for Partner’s own internal end use (in such case Dell’s Commercial Terms of Sale at www.dell.com shall apply). Ketentuan Penjualan Pengecer ini, termasuk semua ketentuan berlaku yang dirujuk di sini, (secara bersama-sama, "Perjanjian" ini) berlaku untuk pembelian dari Dell Indonesia yang beralamat di Menara BCA 48th floor (MH Thamrin No.1) Jakarta, DKI Jakarta 10230, Indonesia dan penjualan kembali Produk dan Layanan oleh Mitra (atau
