It is the further purpose of this Agreement to establish a relationship between the management of the Credit Union and its employees that will contribute toward the maintenance of peace and the promotion of a friendly community spirit. It is recognized by this Agreement to be the duty of the Credit Union and its employees to cooperate fully, individually and collectively, for the advancement of said conditions.
