SEASONAL PITCH AGREEMENT 2023Seasonal Pitch Agreement • August 25th, 2022
Seasonal Pitch prices for 2023 will start from £2,750 including VAT, 16 amp electric hookup, and the initial siting of the caravan on the seasonal pitch. Any additional adjustments to this position may incur a further charge. A non-refundable deposit of £350 is required to book a pitch. The balance MUST be paid on or before 1st March 2023. We reserve the right to re-let the seasonal pitch without refund if the balance is not paid prior to the season start date.
