Your Non-Qualified Option is subject to all the terms and conditions of the Schlumberger [ ] Omnibus Stock Incentive Plan, as may be amended (the “Plan”) and this Agreement. Your Non-Qualified Option is not intended to constitute an “incentive stock option” under Section 422 of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code of 1986 and the Treasury Regulations promulgated thereunder.
