This Parking License Agreement (“License”) is entered into as of this day of August, 2023 (“Effective Date”), by and between the CITY OF LOS ALTOS, a municipal corporation, One North San Antonio Road, Los Altos California, (“City”) and HILLSTONE RESTAURANT GROUP,. INC., a Delaware corporation, dba the LOS ALTOS GRILL, hereinafter referred to as “Licensee,” occupies the property located at 233 Third Street, Los Altos California (“Owner”). City and Licensee may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.” This License Agreement rescinds and replaces the Parking License Agreement dated May 2004.
