The Board hereby grants this stock option (the “Option”) as of ● (the “Grant Date”), pursuant to the Breathe Biomedical Inc. Equity Incentive Plan (as in effect from time to time, the “Plan”), to purchase Optioned Shares, to the Optionee. Except as otherwise indicated, any capitalized term used but not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Plan. A copy of the Plan has been delivered to the Optionee. By signing and returning this Agreement, the Optionee acknowledges having received and read a copy of the Plan, including the early termination provisions set out in Article 7, and agrees to comply with it, this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations.
