I, the undersigned, agree to the terms and conditions for access and use of lienholder information in the records of the DMV. By signing below, I certify that access to lienholder information is required in the normal course of my business to confirm the accuracy of lienholder information in the DMV title records, and DMV will provide such information for particular vehicles based upon my entry of the VIN.
