Excellence’s Travel is an independent travel agency that contract with third-party suppliers (each a “Supplier” and collectively, “Supplier”) as a booking agent to provide travel products including tours, cruises, hotel, airline tickets and rental cards. All reservation services provided, and travel service coordinated by us are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Our booking terms and conditions take precedence over Suppliers Terms and Conditions. Each Supplier is an independent entity with its own management and is not subject to control by our Agency.
