This Academic Program Articulation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Community College of Baltimore County (the “Sending Institution”) and the University of Baltimore (the “Receiving Institution”) (collectively, the “Institutions”) to facilitate the transfer of academic credits from Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice Studies for the completion of Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.
