IN CONSIDERATION OF AND FOR the opportunity of being permitted to participate in any and all activities provided by or through Twin Hollows Outfitters and Twin Hollows, Inc, I hereby agree to release, acquit, waive and discharge Twin Hollows Outfitters, Twin Hollows Inc, Scott Stamerjohn, Pat Tracy, John Tracy, and each of them, and the employees, agents, officers, and heirs of all of them, (hereafter referred to as RELEASEES), of and from all liability, loss, claims, demands and causes of action what-so-ever which I may have for any property damage or any personal injury, including death, arising out of, or in any way relating to activities, whether caused by the negligence of RELEASEES, or others.
