This bill would add the implementation of any System Conservation Implementation Agreement between the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation and the Imperial Irrigation District to implement the Lower Colorado River Basin System Conservation and Efficiency Program for the years 2024 – 2026, inclusive, to the existing authorization to take fully protected species under the Quantification Settlement Agreement, as provided, among other things.
