Certain Token Flex Offerings are subject to additional terms as set forth below (“Additional Terms”). To the extent any such Offering is made available to You via Your Enterprise Business Agreement (“Agreement”), You agree to the Additional Terms for that specific Offering. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein will have the meaning set forth in Your Agreement. For any material updates to the Additional Terms, impacted Token Flex customers will be notified via email and such Additional Terms will be updated accordingly and apply to Your Agreement.
