THIS SCHOOL COMPENSATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this [_ ] day of [ ], 202[ ] (the “Effective Date”), by and among the CITY OF DELAWARE, OHIO, an Ohio municipal corporation organized and existing under the constitution, its Charter, and the laws of the State of Ohio with its principal offices at 1 South Sandusky Street, Delaware, Ohio 43015 (“City”), the DELAWARE CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT, a public school district with its principal offices located at 74 West William Street, Delaware, Ohio 43015 (“School District”), and EXXCEL Project Management, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company with an address of 328 S. Civic Center Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43215, or its successors and assigns (“Owner”). The City, School District, and Owner are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”).
