ONE SOURCE COMMUNICATIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF VOICE SERVICESDecember 11th, 2019
These Terms of Service constitute the agreement ("Agreement") between ONE SOURCE COMMUNICATIONS, Inc. ("Carrier”, “we," "us" or "ONE SOURCE COMMUNICATIONS") and the End User ("You", "Your" or "Customer") of ONE SOURCE COMMUNICATIONS's Business VOIP Services (“Service”, “Services”). Customer and ONE SOURCE COMMUNICATIONS may be collectively referred to herein as the "Parties”, and individually as “Party”. This Agreement governs the Service as well as use of ONE SOURCE COMMUNICATIONS-supplied hardware, and any other IP-PSTN device used in conjunction with the Service. By signing the ONE SOURCE COMMUNICATIONS Services Quote to activate ONE SOURCE COMMUNICATIONS services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, and are of legal age to enter into this Agreement.
