These Terms and Conditions apply to the Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Limited (USFBL) Credit Card. Please read this Agreement which is being sent to you, pursuant to the approval of your application, for a Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Limited Credit Card (USFBL Credit Card ) . You have agreed in your Application Form, that the use of USFBL Credit Card shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions, and as amended by the Bank from time to time. You have further agreed that Most Important Terms and Conditions and Declaration shall be read as part and parcel of this Agreement. The Cardmember shall be deemed to have unconditionally agreed to the Cardmember Agreement by acknowledging receipt of the Card or by signing on the reverse of the Card or by transacting on the Card. In such an event, this Agreement shall be deemed to have come into effect and shall be binding on the Cardmember. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Axis Bank Credit Card. Please read this Agreement which is being sent to you, pursuant to the approval of your application, for an Axis Bank Credit Card. You have agreed in your Application Form, that the use of the Axis Bank Credit Card shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions, and as amended by the Bank from time to time. If the Terms and Conditions are not acceptable to you, please inform us in writing, and destroy the Axis Bank Credit Card by cutting it into four pieces across the magnetic stripe, and return the same to us within 10 calendar days of receipt of the Credit Card.
