I, [NAME OF MEMBER] (“Member”), hereby register voluntarily to engage in exercise and fitness activities and use the exercise equipment, fitness areas and, if available, related locker and outdoor facilities in Suite 270 (collectively, the “Fitness Center”) and located at the office building and/or project commonly known as The Marq and located at 250 Marquette Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55401 (“Project”). I understand that the Fitness Center is provided as a convenience and an amenity by Pacific Oak SOR Marquette Plaza, LLC a Delaware limited liability company (“Owner”), and that Owner is not providing any staff, medical personnel, fitness trainers, or other employees or contractors to supervise the Fitness Center or its use. In consideration of the license to the use of the Fitness Center, I hereby agree to the following:
