All parents and students attending Mary G. Porter Traditional School have agreed in order to attend our school that all students MUST wear the school uniform during the school day and to designated school functions. All students not only must comply with the Mary G. Porter Uniform Policy but also the Prince William County School Dress Code. The School Staff will determine if there is a violation of the uniform agreement. If for any reason a student is not complying with this policy, the student will be required to change. Parents may be required to take their child home to become properly dressed and return the student to school the same day. If a student has been corrected for not following the uniform policy a discipline referral may be warranted.
