These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of Your Card. For the avoidance of doubt this contract is between you and Raphaels. Raphaels has appointed the Card Distributor as its agent for the purposes of this Agreement. Where the context so admits the Card Distributor and Raphaels are referred to as We, Us, Our or Ourselves. Your Card is an “e-money” product given to You on behalf of the Card Distributor.
