This letter of agreement (“Agreement”) confirms the agreement between the Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair (“I-CAR”) and the “School” regarding the School’s participation in I-CAR’s Fixed Training Sites at CTE Schools Program. This program is designed to provide fixed training locations to offer I-CAR training to the industry. The School will allow I-CAR to use space at its location(s) to offer I-CAR courses to I-CAR’s industry students and in exchange I-CAR will provide the School and its students with its Professional Development Program™ – Education Edition (“PDP-EE”) curriculum as set forth below.
