This Agreement is made this day of January, 2023, by and between Waterville Estates Village District, a municipal corporation, with a principal mailing address of 562 Winterbrook Road, Campton, NH 03223 (hereinafter the “District” or “WEVD”), and Waterville Estates Association, a New Hampshire corporation, with a principal mailing address of 562 Winterbrook Road Campton NH, 03223 (hereinafter the “Association” or “WEA”). This Agreement supersedes and replaces, in its entirety, the December 30, 2021 Maintenance and Recreation Management Agreement executed by the District and WEA.
