This Strategic Partnership Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the City of Elgin, Texas, a home-rule municipality located in Bastrop and Travis Counties, Texas (the “City”) and PrimaVesta Land Company, LLC, a Texas Limited Liability Company (the “Developer”), has joined in this Agreement for the sole purpose of evidencing its consent to the City’s limited purpose annexation of the Development (as defined below), as contemplated by this Agreement.
