This invitation to participate in the March 28, 2010 Manchester St. Patrick’s Parade (hereafter referred to as the 2009 Parade) is conditioned on the express agreement of the above-named, undersigned Participating Organization (hereafter referred to the ORGANIZATION) to comply with all Regulations of the Saint Patrick’s Parade Committee of Manchester, Inc. (hereafter referred to as the COMMITTEE).
