This Agreement contains the terms and conditions for the use of QNB Bank-Mobile Check Deposit product that QNB Bank or its affiliates (“QNB”, “us,” or “we”) may provide to you (“you,” or “User”). Other agreements you have entered into with QNB Bank, including the Depository Agreement and Disclosures governing your QNB Bank account, are incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement.
