This Facility Use Agreement, including attached Exhibits A-E and any addendum all of which are incorporated herein (collectively the “Agreement”) is entered into between the City of Mesquite, Texas (“City”) and Metroplex Softball Umpires Association, Inc. (“MSUA” or the “Association”) for the purpose of granting the Association a license to use certain City facilities to organize and implement athletic leagues as more specifically provided herein.
