THIS LEASE AGREEMENT is executed this day of December, 2011 between Winnebago County, a Wisconsin municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as “TENANT”), and the City of Oshkosh, a Wisconsin municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as “LANDLORD”).
