THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of , 2022 (the “Effective Date”) by and between FLORIDA ATLANTIC RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, a body politic and corporate, organized under the laws of the State of Florida (“Licensor”), and PEBB BOCA RESEARCH PARK, LLC and BANYAN RP, LLC, each a Florida limited liability company (jointly and severally, collectively, “Licensee”), (collectively “the Parties”).
