When you see the words “you” and “your,” they mean those who sign the Membership Application as authorized signers or business owners. The word “account” means any one or more share or deposit accounts you have with DEXSTA Federal Credit Union, including, but not limited to, Savings (Share) Accounts, Checking (Share Draft) Accounts and Share Certificate Accounts, as applicable. This agreement is a contract of deposit, which covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning Membership and Account(s) offered to you by DEXSTA Federal Credit Union.
