THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made as of the day of 201_ (the “Effective Date”), between Silicon Integration Initiative, Inc., a Delaware non-profit corporation with offices located at 9111 Jollyville Road, Suite 250, Austin, Texas 78759 ("Si2") and the undersigned (“you” and a “Recipient" and, in certain contexts described herein, a “Contributor” and/or “Distributing Contributor”). Recipient desires by this Agreement to obtain from Si2 licenses to use certain software and related documentation. Therefore, Si2 and Recipient agree as follows:
