This Second Amended Agreement (“Second Amended Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the Florida Reliability Coordinating Council, Inc. (“FRCC”), a not-for-profit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, and Florida Power & Light Company (“FPL” or the “Agent”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida. FRCC and FPL may be herein individually identified as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
