This Tax Increment Revenue Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of [ ], 2023 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the LOVELAND URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY, a body corporate and politic of the State of Colorado (the “Authority”), whose address is 500 East Third Street, Loveland, CO 80537, and the THOMPSON SCHOOL DISTRICT R2-J, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado (“School District”), whose address is 800 South Taft Avenue, Loveland, CO 80537. The Authority and the School District are referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
