This agreement is entered into by the parties hereto in order to provide for orderly collective bargaining relations between the Bluewater District School Board (hereinafter referred to as the Board) and its Employees represented by the Ontario Secondary School Teachers' Federation, District Educational Assistants Bargaining Unit (hereinafter referred to as the Bargaining Unit).
