The American Academy of Neurology Institute (“AANI”), is a 501c3, non-profit corporation, organized under the laws of Minnesota. The AANI’s mission is to promote the highest quality patient-centered neurologic care. To that end, AANI developed the Axon Registry®, a qualified clinical data registry focused on quality improvement. The Axon Registry offers real-world data across a variety of practices, patients, and cases, and uses neurology-specific quality measures that will improve patient care in disease states. The data collected by practices’ participating in the Axon Registry is used to provide reports, services, and other tools designed to support providers’ quality assessment and improvement, care coordination, and other health care operations activities.
