The purpose of the Agreement is to establish and maintain orderly collective bargaining relationship between the Company and its employees, to set forth Agreements concerning rates of pay, hours of work and conditions to be observed by the parties hereto, and to provide an amicable method of settling any differences that may arise in the interpretation, application, or alleged violation of the Agreement.
