Innovation Network Schools are schools that operate in partnership with Indianapolis Public Schools and were established as a result of state legislation passed in 2014. The first Innovation Network Schools agreements were approved in 2015 for the following schools: Emma Donnan Elementary School, Enlace Academy, KIPP Indy College Prep Middle School, KIPP Unite Elementary School, and Phalen Leadership Academy at Francis Scott Key School
