This agreement is hereby extended from April 1, 2014 through June 30, 2014. By mutual consent, this agreement may be renewed for up to five (5) additional one year terms. The IUC-PG reserves the right to extend the resultant Agreement beyond the normal expiration date if the IUC-PG determines it to be in their best interest and JPMorgan Chase agrees to the extension. All other terms and conditions of the agreement remain in effect and are made a part of this Agreement Extension.
