This agreement is between Leasetech Limited (registered number 10816175) is incorporated in England and Wales and has it s registered office at 20 - 22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU (hereafter referred to as “Leasetech”) and the organisation and / or person who agrees to use Leasetech Limited services and / or Leasetech’s funders services in accordance with these conditions. Such organisation and / or persons are referred to in the agreement as “Vendor”. These terms and conditions, and our privacy policy, govern the use of the credit broking service provided by Leasetech and its funders to Vendors registered with us.
