Annual maintenance service (one inspection per year) on your air conditioner which includes a general inspection, basic cleaning of unit if required, and a unit diagnostic to ensure unit is operating properly and to identify any issues. This plan also includes part replacements included in the table below. During your initial inspection, if any pre- existing issues with parts or your unit are found and require repairing, replacing, and upgrading, they are not covered under this plan and will result in additional charges (which will be communicated to you prior to doing the work).
