NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT (Agreement) is entered into on this day of 2011 by and among the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Diego, a public body, corporate and politic (Agency), the City of San Diego, a municipal corporation (City), and Valencia Business Park Development, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company formerly known as St. Stephen’s Valencia Business Park Development, LLC (Developer), individually referred to as “Party” and collectively referred to as “Parties” herein, on the terms and provisions set forth below.
